Following extensive research, understanding the best practice health principles and implementing the key factors to successful health, it has led us to develop and share these factors through health presentations locally, nationally and internationally. In summary, we have followed these health principles and to date since turning vegan and following NEW START health program over 20 years ago, we have:

* used to great success the natural health remedies when rarely ill

* raised two vegan children who excel in energy, strength and good health
